<p>@<a title="laoni_shanghai" href="http://weibo.com/1980768621">laoni_shanghai</a>：有个阿姨传授，买回来的绿豆赤豆先放冰箱几天，再也没出过虫。</p>
<p>@<a href="http://weibo.com/n/%E5%90%9B%E5%AE%9D101">君宝101</a>: 我就用封口带尽量挤出空气装药材 气味重的用两个袋子 然后排排坐放在塑料大箱子里 貌似是目前找到的比较妥当的办法。</p>
<p>@<a title="梁斯鸿" href="http://weibo.com/leungshome">梁斯鸿</a>：锡罐里空气隔绝得比较好，虫子进不来。即便原先有虫卵，只要罐里保持干燥（可以放包干燥剂），温度较低且稳定（放在阴凉处就可以啦），虫子就不会出来了，比一般方法存放的时间延长不少哈。</p>
<p>@<a title="小黑瓊瓊" href="http://weibo.com/1743727603">小黑瓊瓊</a>：质地轻薄的药材，比如麻黄、细辛 不容易长虫子；但是肉质厚肥腻甘甜的药材，比如地黄、当归，小虫子的温床啊。 经验教训是：存储空间要干燥矿物类药不用太操心，草本类需要密封存储，常常晒晒，容易生虫的补药，要密封放冰箱冷藏。</p>
<p>木塞玻璃罐的密封性还可以，和塑料袋同样放在比较潮湿的环境中，玻璃罐没事。 LOCKLOCK的密封性相当好，但是不防虫，肉质肥腻甘甜的药材依然长虫，长成后一只也飞不出来，一团一团死在里面。</p>
<p>矿物类药材可以用木塞玻璃罐装在比较阴凉干燥的地方，比如生石膏 滑石粉 贝壳粉 珍珠粉； 比较质地轻薄的草叶茎类药材可以用玻璃罐或者乐扣，保持干燥密封，有空晒晒 ：） 营养丰富的肥腻肉质甘美的补药，如果有条件可以真空压缩，需要长时间存放可以放冷冻室。</p>

当我们学习物理、化学、生物、生理卫生等现代课程，建立起对世界的认识后，再回到中医的怀抱是多么困难的事情。更何况，中医因为和西医并列，所以一直在治疗的领域里面被认识，被误解：中医，就是一种治病的方法，也许管用也许不管用，说不清楚。自从“被命名”之后，中医的地位就不断下降，这也是为什么今天中医面对西医无法抬头的原因之一。中医，一直在别人的体系中苦苦支撑，甚至还试图证明自己，能不累吗？

<p>如果我们了解了”中医“二字的来历，就可以穿越到这两个字之前的时光，在一个自由的天地中真正去了解中医。</p>

<p>那个时候，heart只是heart，心还是心，人们用中医治病，但中医不仅仅是治病，中医还告诉你关于生命的道理，并且给出许多方法让你不生病，中医还有很多兄弟姐妹来帮忙：比如儒释道，比如观天察地，比如琴棋书画，比如晴耕雨读⋯⋯在他们的背后，站着一位笑眯眯的老人，就是他们共同的父亲：中国文化。这个时候，你会感叹：在老爸的带领下，这一大家子人多么其乐融融，多么水乳交融，这哪里是治病，这就是生活。</p>
<p>是的，中医就意味着好的生活：符合自然，顺势而为。</p>
<p>今天，许多在一线工作的好中医，相信在努力的同时有着深深的无奈：因为中医还在，但那个大家庭的氛围已经不在了，手中能用的方法，虽然还有处方、针灸、推拿等等，但似乎总是缺了点什么。而病人，总是那么匆忙和迫切，他们从来没有享受过那个大家庭平静而快乐的生活。</p>
<p>治病，当然是紧急的事情，但这是最重要的事情吗？让我们的目光暂时从诊所移开，回望中医本来的样子：黄帝内经开篇就说：恬淡虚无，真气从之，精神内守，病安从来？这十六个字已经道尽了中医的精髓，也指明了中医的方向：创造一种好的生活，让生命安住，人怎么会生病呢？</p>
<p>当然，现实生活中，人难免会生病，中医还是有治病的办法。但中医一直想说的是：我能帮你做的，不是干掉疾病，而是给你身体各种支持，最终解决问题的，是你自己。而且，我可以让你的身体不再重新制造问题，但需要你和我配合。</p>
<p>中医所有的努力，就是唤起人自身的能力，去获得质量更高的生命，所以，它不应该被局限在诊所和医院，病人和病历之中，它应该走出来，走到人们的生活中去，走进生命更深的层面里。</p>
<p>中医可以做的，远远比治病要多得多，在一个更广阔的层面上，他那些兄弟姐妹从不曾离开，如果他们再次携起手来，但是换上现代服装，走进人们的生活，那是多么美妙的事情。</p>
<p>这就是我们理解的中医：一种推动自愈的方法，一种符合自然的生活，一种直指生命的自在。</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>乍暖还寒的天气，身边有很多朋友感冒了。由于工作繁忙，许多人的选择是多喝点水，扛一扛就过去了，再不行就买点药吃，实在烧得难受就去挂水，在大家的心里，往往觉得感冒是小事，难受的感觉过去了就好了。</p>
<p>且慢，让我们打个问号，感冒真的是件小事吗？</p>
<p><span id="more-97"></span></p>
<p>在中医看来，世界上的病千变万化，病因无非三种：外因（六气所致），内因（七情所致），不内外因（刀枪、虫咬、房事等）。因为不内外因碰到的相对较少，所以外因是超过三分之一的致病因素。</p>
<p>而外因最初的表现，通常就是感冒。</p>
<p>如果我们用打仗来打比方的话，感冒发生的刹那，就是外邪的军队突破我们防线的时刻，这个时候，原本开合自如的皮毛在敌军的淫威下停止了自动工作，要么毛孔呆呆地大开（人的感觉就是出汗，发热，怕风），要么被整个敌军关闭了所有的出口，体内的热就排不出去了（无汗，发烧，怕冷）。由于人的呼吸有20%左右是通过皮毛进行的，现在皮毛出路堵住了，就会从口鼻走，交通一拥挤，就会出现喘咳的现象。</p>
<p>所以，感冒的治疗思路，对中医来讲很简单：并不在意来的军队叫ABCD什么名字，我只要想办法把你赶出境外就行了。而通常的方法，就是你从哪里进来，就从哪里出去，中医去调动体内军民的热情，用出汗的方法，把刚入边境的敌军赶跑。请注意，这时候出汗的目的不是为了出汗，而是让皮毛恢复开合功能，让大军顺利地驱逐敌军，同时把体内积聚的热量带出去。过度的出汗，反而对身体有伤害，所以那种出一身大汗治感冒的方法是不妥当的，微微出汗即可。</p>
<p>让我们看看民间有很多治感冒的土法，其实都用了这个思路，试举几例：</p>
<p>红糖生姜煮水，趁热喝</p>

<p>山东大葱和生姜煮水，然后闻闻热气</p>
<p>…………</p>
<p>每一种方法都写着：调动体内大军，举着“热”字旗，把敌军赶跑。</p>
<p>所以，治感冒的重点，在于这个”赶”字，而不是急着去退烧；如果烧退了，人舒服了，但是寒邪没被赶走，潜伏下来了，你还不知道，它就会肆无忌惮地往里冲，去到心脏，就是心肌炎；去到肠胃，就是肠胃炎；去到肺部，就是肺炎；总之，你哪里弱它就去占领哪里，或者暂时不发作，和以前潜伏进来的敌军会合一下，慢慢地发展成肿瘤。</p>
<p>这并不是我在危言耸听，我虽不行医，但是感冒误治的案例，听的实在太多；有一次我妈问我，为什么现在生活这么好，医疗这么发达，癌症反而越来越多？我无语，脑子里飞过好多词：生活方式不当，吃得太好、压力太大、环境污染……然而对学医的从医的人来讲，直接面对的是一次次的感冒误治，一次次不由分说的挂水输液，把寒凉不断地留在体内，终于让人走上了不归路。而这一切，往往取决于最开始一个普通的感冒能不能被正确治好。所以中医说：善治者治皮毛，就是这个道理。</p>
<p>好了，话说到这里，应该引起大家对感冒的重视了吧，其实感冒并不可怕，治疗的秘诀就是越早越好，乘敌人刚冒头的时候，就把它打压出去。</p>
<p>除了上面三个土方，我还有几个自己实践有效的方法和大家分享一下：</p>
<p>去药房买点苏叶，泡水喝</p>
<p>用艾灸脑后的风池穴，效果也很好</p>
<p>如果只是喉咙痛，<strong>没有</strong>其他症状，可以去药房抓10克生甘草，煮水当茶喝；如果同时鼻塞流鼻涕，也可以把苏叶和甘草一起煮水喝。</p>
<p>平时工作忙的同学，家里可以常备一些这类中药，需要的时候，马上就可以拿来派用场，每次的成本，不会超过一块钱。</p>
<p>必须说明的是，以上这些方法，只适用于第一天初感风寒的时候，这时候人往往只是有点鼻塞流鼻涕，或者微微头痛，觉得感冒欲来未来。而到了第二第三天，感冒症状会发生变化，这时候还是建议去找合法大夫就诊，以免延误病情。</p>

<p>阳气没有了。</p>
<p><span id="more-83"></span></p>
<p>俗话说：人活一口气。就是说的阳气对生命的意义，这个阳气，就是生命运行的能量，就是生命力。</p>
<p>人出生的时候，软软的，弹性十足，阳气十足；人死亡的时候，硬邦邦的，肉体还是那个肉体，由于失去了阳气，就开始迅速腐烂。</p>
<p>所以，一个普通人的一生，就是阳气慢慢消耗掉的一个过程。</p>
<p>人们总是说，上天是公平的，在阳气这件事情上，上天也是这样，一出生就给每个人发了存折，里面存得满满，好象刚刚离开加油站的油箱。接下来，就看你怎么花了，用理财的术语来说，就是怎么管理好你的现金流。</p>
<p>请注意，这是一张借记卡，不是信用卡，下辈子的阳气，你这辈子没法透支。</p>
<p>管理好现金流的人，是你自己，而不是医生，从中医的角度来看，从来不是治“病”本身，而是调整你的内环境，让你的身体自发地去解决问题。医生的作用，最多是三分，七分靠自己，有些名医，看似手到病除，他做的，也仅仅是抓住了病机，巧妙地恢复了病人身体的运转而已。</p>
<p>在任何一个机构，占70%的，绝对是大股东了。因此，每个人都是自己身体的大股东，不要轻易地把控制权交出去。</p>
<p>在此，对每个大股东说几个管理现金流的原则：</p>
<p>以下的行为会加速现金（阳气）的消耗        相应地，这些行为可以减少现金（阳气）的消耗</p>
<p>熬夜                                                      23点前入睡<br />
夏天吹空调                                             用电扇代替空调<br />
纵欲                                                      节欲<br />
吃生冷食物，包括水果                              吃温热的东西<br />
大量出汗（尤其是冬天）                           避免大运动量的运动</p>
<p>必须说明的是，这些原则尤其针对都市男女，因为生活方式的原因，你们的体质普遍寒凉，所以需要引起特别的重视。可以列出来的细节还有很多，以后可以细细讨论；如果对一个行为无法判断的话，一个简单的方法就是，想想如果在古代，古人会怎么做，实在想不出来，可以去问奶奶。</p>
<p>最后，但并非不重要的是，人的情绪也有阴阳之分。每个人都有这样的体会：一句话可以让你如沐春风，也可以让你如坠冰窟，这个暖和寒，就是情绪在你身体内所起作用的直接感知。长寿的人行为各有不同，但心宽无烦恼是共同的特点，如果你知道想得开、愉快、宽容、布施、感恩都能给你带来阳气的话，那么他们长寿的原因也不难理解了。相反，担忧、妒忌、焦虑、仇恨、恐惧，计较这些阴性的情绪，会一点点吞噬你的阳气，无论你是什么样的出发点，你被这样的情绪包围，脸色都会越来越苍白。</p>
<p>去阅读积极向上的文字，去结识积极向上的朋友，去积极地工作和生活，都是积累阳气的方法，阳气足了，健康和长寿自然会来，这些是大股东们必须了解的事。</p>

<p>八段锦因为动作优美舒展，类似锦缎而得名，共分八段。流传了几千年，虽然简单，但是很全面，对身体很有帮助，南粤名医邓铁涛，今年已经94岁，天天八段锦，坚持了几十年。他说：“八段锦作为我国古代导引术，其健身效果显著，是中华传统养生文化中的瑰宝。我每天都坚持做八段锦，不但运动了筋骨，而且起到了调理脏腑功能的作用。”</p>
<p>立式八段锦，不需要多大的地方，做一遍只要10-15分钟，很适合办公室一族，做完浑身舒畅，我坐累了，就会站起来做一遍，效果十分明显。</p>

<p>讲道理没啥问题，接着往下看，张悟本开始给人支招，绿豆汤，生萝卜，生茄子，在他嘴里变得神通广大，成为广大患者的救星。</p>
<p>但是从正统中医的角度来看，这是个大是大非的问题。</p>
<p>中医最核心的理念就是：每个人都是不同的。</p>
<p>无论是体质，还是病因，还是人当时的状态，每个人的疾病，都是一个特殊的个案，虽然脏腑结构都一样，但在中医的眼里，生命运动的状态是因人而异。</p>
<p>如果放弃了这个思维，哪怕他讲的再动人，名气再大，我们也可以断定，这个人肯定不是中医了。</p>
<p>从患者的反应来看，绿豆汤对一些人管用，对一些人无用，可能还有一些人喝了腹泻。我们不能说绿豆汤管用了，张悟本就是对的，绿豆汤害人了，张悟本就是错的。</p>
<p>如果在支招的过程中，不注意因人而异，不引导受众结合自己的情况区实践，这就是最大的错。</p>
<p>中医早就说过，用对了，砒霜是良药，用错了，人参也可以杀人。</p>
<p>因此，判断一个养生专家是不是靠谱，首先看他讲的理论对不对，其次，看他在传授具体方法时有没有因人而异。</p>
<p>在这方面，“健康教母”马悦凌开了个非常恶劣的先例，她推广的生泥鳅和固元膏，只说好处，不说禁忌，造成了很多不良的影响，现在网上也有不少揭露。</p>
<p>那么，有没有适用于任何人，效果又明显的养生方法？</p>
<p>理论上，绝对的事情肯定是没有的；但在我看到的养生方法里，<a href="http://blog.sina.com.cn/yixingtx" target="_blank">萧宏慈</a>推广的拉筋，还是一个简易安全的健身法，除了一些特殊情况的病人，拉筋几乎适合所有的人，而且不用花一分钱，具体的方法和例子，可以在萧先生的博客里看到。</p>
<p>学习养生观念，曲黎敏的书和讲座值得推荐，她能用通俗易懂的语言把黄帝内经将给老百姓听，也算是立了一大功。虽然，现在有人挑刺，给她找出了<a href="http://vip.book.sina.com.cn/book/index_81113.html" target="_blank">135个错误</a>，但在总体上，在关键的方向上，曲黎敏的东西还是值得信赖的。</p>
<p>另外一位出书的专家，叫<a href="http://blog.sina.com.cn/wuguozhongdaifu" target="_blank">武国忠</a>，我也欣赏他，他有多年临床经验，也拜过道家的师傅，是一个比较全面的好医生。他出道后力推扶阳祛湿，算是抓准了这个时代的共病。而且他写书的风格娓娓道来，读来毫不费力，传授了不少中医的真知灼见。</p>
<p>当然，养生书从本质上讲，都是商业操作的畅销书，不是专业的教科书，不可能提供完全正确的理论和方法。医学人命关天，健康还是要掌握在自己手里，任何专家意见都只是参考，也不会完全适合每个个体。我觉得专家只要能让更多人对中医感兴趣，把大家指引上一条主动掌握自己健康的的道路，就善莫大焉。</p>

<p>如果你和朋友站在风雨里等车，结果第二天你感冒了，朋友没事，这是为什么？</p>
<p>同样的老年人，有些百病缠身，有的却健步如飞，这又是什么原因？</p>
<p>生病只是一个结果，对结果倾注全部的精力去努力，好比果农收获一个苹果，却花大力气想把它变成桃子一样费劲，正确的做法，是把苹果树移开，种一棵桃树。</p>
<p>种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆，这就是宇宙的因果法则，没有人能躲得掉。</p>
<p>病来了，当然得治，但治好了，如果不反思一下原因，基本上我认为这场病白得了。</p>
<p>如果每天熬夜，抵抗力怎么会不下降呢？</p>
<p>如果常吃冷食，怎么会不痛经呢？</p>
<p>如果久坐电脑前，怎么会不得颈椎病呢？</p>
<p>如果心情长期郁闷，怎么会不伤肝呢？</p>
<p>如果内心焦灼，怎么会不上火呢？</p>
<p>如果我们对以上的行为说NO, 身体怎么会不好呢？</p>
<p>所以你永远是自己健康的大股东，你的选择决定了这个身体的走向。我们常说命运是选择的结果，生病也是自己选择的结果，也是生命的一部分，不必一味地抗拒害怕。</p>
<p>生病是生命给你的一份礼物，让你好好反思自己之前选择的对与错，如果你对此毫无察觉，只想让病赶快离开，那真是浪费了老天的一片苦心。</p>

<p>问题的另一面是，成天运动的运动员其实并不长寿；而一动不动的乌龟的确活了很久，所以被称为瑞兽。</p>
<p>显然，生命似乎不仅仅在于运动，否则运动员是最长寿的，而生命在于静止好象也不妥，老是做沙发土豆谁都知道不好。</p>
<p>那么，生命在于什么呢？</p>
<p>对中医来讲，生命既不在于运动，也不在于静止，那都是外在的形式，生命真正的关键是气血的流通。</p>
<p>如果一个人的气血运转一直很通畅，他的寿命自然会很长，而且很健康，生命质量也很高，因为这说明他的阳气足，能够保证身体的整体平衡。</p>
<p>而运动，是一种带动体内气血流通的手段，因此，以不伤害，不消耗体内的阳气为限。</p>
<p>举个例子，在冬天，有人会去跳操，而且跳得浑身大汗，觉得是排毒一身轻，殊不知，冬天本该收藏，大量的出汗，就已经扰动了阳气，得不偿失。</p>
<p>喜欢跑步的，也是有计划地跑很久，把心跳当成个指标，不知不觉也过头了。</p>
<p>运动其实和季节有关系，夏天可以多运动，出出汗，因为这是生发的季节，本来就是向外的趋势，而冬天或者初春，就要保护好自己的那点阳气，不要剧烈运动。</p>
<p>我个人不推荐去健身房运动，除了有很多大运动量的项目之外，还有一条很不好：缺乏自然的空气。</p>
<p>我推荐的运动是散步，老少皆宜，非常适合每个人。去户外散散步，除了严冬酷暑，四季都合适；春季推崇踏青，也源出于此，在生机盎然的大自然，呼吸着新鲜空气，散着步，是一件多么令人身心愉悦的事情。</p>
<p>强度的把握，我认为是以自己运动后觉得舒服，不太疲劳，身上微微出汗，稍事休息可以恢复。</p>
<p>当然，还是那句话，依体质而定，体质强壮的人，可以进行更多的运动，自己把握好度即可。</p>
<p>那么，乌龟又是怎么回事呢？</p>
<p>它长寿的秘诀，是呼吸。乌龟有一种独特的呼吸方法，叫做龟吸，也就是逆腹式呼吸，这种呼吸，对气血流通大有好处，因此乌龟一动不动地活了很久。</p>
<p>很多修行人经常打坐，一打就是好几个小时，他们的静止，也是表面上的，通过一定的吐纳功夫，内里的气血在更好地运转。</p>
<p>中国古代的日常健身方法，比如五禽戏、八段锦，非常合理，也非常科学；因为都是按照调养气血的思路总结出来的方法，对人健康的帮助远远大过跑步机，而且不用一分钱的投资，你觉得，哪个更好呢？</p>
